Ah, Nautibeach Condos, the place where comfort meets charm and throws a beachside bash everyone wants to be part of! Sitting pretty on the west side of Playa Norte, this long-standing community (we’re talking 40 years, folks!) welcomes families, flip-flops, and fun with open arms.

Nautibeach is home to 24 condos, most with two bedrooms, a few sneaky studios, and some single rooms for the lone wolves among us. What’s fun is that these condos are like snowflakes, no two are alike! Each is individually owned and decorated, offering garden or ocean views, a terrace or balcony, and a full kitchen for when you’re feeling culinary or just need to chill the margaritas.

Feeling fancy? Check into the two-bedroom penthouse. This beauty boasts a wrap-around balcony, an alcove with bunk beds (the kids will love it, and so will your inner child), and a second bathroom, because waiting for the shower on vacation is just plain wrong.

Never fear, standard amenities are here, along with an office that’s open longer than your favorite late-night taco stand, and some concierge service for good measure. Did we mention the palapa-style restaurant with poolside and beach service? That’s right, you can have your nachos and eat them too, poolside!
